Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a friendly Food Runner/Busser to bridge the dining room and kitchen. You will help create a smooth, high-energy guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

No previous restaurant experience required, but strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. You will greet guests, share menu information, reset tables, and support the front-of-house and kitchen teams during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Observe and monitor table turnover and reset tables quickly.
• Communicate with kitchen and management about allergy orders and guest requests.
• Maintain a positive, energetic hospitality-focused attitude at all times.
• Multi-task between bar and dining room orders and support teammates.
