Job summary

KPOT Tucker is seeking a Food Runner/Busser to support front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, assist with table turnover, and help deliver a seamless guest experience around grills and hot pot.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with prior restaurant experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset are essential.
• Ability to multitask and balance between dining room and bar orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer questions about the menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Provide accurate information to guests and assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Monitor tables and assist with turnover to maintain smooth service.
• Support the front-of-house team in resetting tables quickly for new guests.
• Communicate allergy orders clearly with kitchen staff and management.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, hospitality-focused attitude.
• Be a team player and assist others to ensure guest satisfaction.
