KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is hiring a Food Runner/Busser to bridge the dining room and kitchen. In a fast-paced, high-energy setting, you will greet guests, answer questions, and support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth table turnover and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Prior restaurant experience is not required but preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.
• Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen attentively to guests to ensure their needs are met.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Observe and monitor table turnover by taking note of occupied, dirty or clean tables.
• Support the front-of-house team in resetting tables quickly to seamlessly transition tables to guests.
• Inform management of large parties, special requests, or guest concerns.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen staff and management regarding allergy orders.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and hospitality-focused attitude at all times.
• Multi-task and balance between bar and dining room orders.
• Be a team player, assisting other team members whenever needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
