sbe is seeking a Busser for Katsuya Century City in Los Angeles. The role requires maintaining a clean, well-stocked service area and assisting with table setup and guest flow in a high-end dining environment.

The Busser will contribute to a seamless guest experience, greet customers professionally, and support front-of-house staff to uphold extraordinary service standards. This is a part-time, on-site position with a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Formación

• Minimum of one year experience in a contemporary dining restaurant.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures a seamless guest experience.
• Sets and resets tables to standard before, during and after service.
• Cleans spills immediately and uses signage as needed.
• Welcomes guests to the venue professionally and courteously.
• Communicates with management and other staff to resolve guest needs.
