Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping Management Team in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and assist in the hotel laundry when needed.

You will follow Sonesta Service standards, work mornings/evenings/weekends, handle supplies, report repairs, and collaborate with shifts to ensure guest satisfaction. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; English fluency is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Extended stay industry background preferred.
• Fluent English reading/writing/listening preferred; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas to standards.
• Assist with laundry tasks when assigned.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed and report issues.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other shifts.
• Follow health and safety regulations and minimize waste.
