Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a person friendly and outgoing to provide exceptional customer service in a bowling/arcade environment. The role supports the Bowling Department operations and requires opening/closing responsibilities, cash handling, and assisting with events.

High school diploma or GED is required; nights and weekends availability is preferred. Benefits include arcade play time, bowling time, karaoke, and employee discounts on food during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes, lend out facility and/or equipment.
• Promotes and conducts marketing events under Bowling Management.
• Resets and cleans the facility and equipment after use.
• Conducts lane maintenance and repairs on bowling lanes and pinsetters.
• Manages opening/closing procedures and cash tills.
• Assists with party reservations and hosting events.
