Responsibilities

• Communicate rink program information to Guests and greet/assist throughout the facility.
• Operate the Point of Sale system and perform daily cash-handling activities accurately.
• Coordinate locker room check-in/check-out and manage guest flow.
• Answer the telephone in a cheerful, courteous, and timely manner.
• Support skate counter, snack bar, skate guard, scorekeeper, party host duties as needed.
