Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and greet Guests, provide rink program information
• Process daily cash-handling with the POS system
• Coordinate locker room check-in/check-out and skate equipment
• Assist Guests at the skate counter and ensure proper skate sizing
• Safeguard guests during public sessions and maintain rink safety
