Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff schedules, and assist with front-of-house tasks. You will coordinate lead servers and ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a food service team lead or leadership role.
• 1+ year of using POS technology (Micros or similar).
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and staff to ensure efficiency and standards.
• Provide front-of-house administrative support: scheduling, payroll, reservations, inventory, and personnel matters.
• Interact with guests and staff, giving feedback to ensure quality service and resolve concerns.
• Assist with POS transactions, expediting, restocking, quality, and staff breaks during shifts.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and setup for opening and maintain during shifts.
