Responsibilities

• Uphold Nurtur Core Values and Aveda standards.
• Greet guests and students with hospitality and respect.
• Check guests in/out and update appointment details.
• Maintain guest profiles and ensure accurate notes for bookings.
• Assist Support Center by handling inbound calls as needed.
• Educate team members about policies, products, services and launches.
• Participate in training for sales skills and product knowledge.
• Support events and marketing initiatives.
