Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a luxury experience using the Aveda Guest Service Cycle.
• Manage call volume and schedule smart bookings to maximize appointments.
• Educate guests about products to support hands-on learning for students.
• Keep the retail experience center guest-ready and welcoming.
