• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality; cosmetology preferred.
• Licenses: cosmetologist or esthetician preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to work fast, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospitality and guest care with strong attention to needs of others.
• Assist guests with appointments, check-in/check-out, and rebooking.
• Provide Aveda product knowledge and contribute to sales cycles.
• Answer inbound calls and maintain guest database accuracy.
• Support events, promotions, and campus training activities.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, and teamwork.
