Responsibilities

• Greets guests, answers the phone, and answers questions accurately and politely.
• Makes proficient sales transactions using a point-of-sale system; handles cash and other forms of payment; maintains proper cash drawer balances.
• Directs guests to different areas of the property.
• Demonstrates product knowledge by informing guests of product features and benefits.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
• Maintains a clean and organized store; manages stock levels with retail pulls and inventories.
• Displays products per visual display standards.
• Performs opening, closing, and side duties such as cleaning and sweeping.
• Ensures guest satisfaction by creating memorable experiences.
• Attends meetings and completes follow-up as assigned.
• Performs work regularly and predictably.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work and public spaces.
