Job summary

EWC Growth in Stamford, CT is seeking an Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a high-energy front-of-house team, coach staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

As part of the Center Leadership Team, you will drive sales, manage scheduling and payroll, oversee daily operations, and ensure the center runs smoothly so guests leave confident, cared for, and eager to return.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems (Zenoti preferred).
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success from day one.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day personnel management.
• Lead sales initiatives and coach performance to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure center operations run smoothly and maintain guest satisfaction.
