EWC Growth in Gainesville, FL seeks an Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will partner with the Center Sales Director to drive KPIs, guest acquisition, retention, and retail sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in retail.
• Knowledge of POS systems and computerized scheduling systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and operate basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train and schedule staff, and coach associates.
• Review timesheets and assist payroll processing.
• Monitor customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Handle cash, deposits, and reconcile daily totals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Educate guests on benefits and promotions to drive sales.
• Assist with inventory and store marketing initiatives.
• Onboard and train new guest service associates.
