Job summary

lululemon is hiring an Educator in our store. You will deliver world-class guest experiences, provide product education, and connect with guests to share community values.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, perform merchandising tasks, and use in-store technology to enhance service. A flexible schedule is required to support evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver a world-class customer service experience
• Provide product education and articulate product value
• Assist with omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store)
• Move around the floor to greet guests and support store needs
• Receive feedback and partner with leadership to address guest concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure strong guest experiences and store operations
• Perform product presentation, restocking, and in-store merchandising tasks
• Use store technology to support operations and create positive guest experiences
