Job summary

New Balance Sawgrass Mills store is hiring Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge throughout the shopping experience. You will greet customers, understand their needs, educate them on features, and successfully close sales while maintaining the floor and stock levels.

The role requires flexibility for weekends/holidays and basic math skills, with opportunities to learn promotions and security procedures while representing the brand in a welcoming

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge, representing the New Balance brand.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about current promotions.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Report shrinkage and security issues and follow safety regulations.
