Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations—guest service, product quality, inventory, costs, budgeting, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to monitor service, address feedback, resolve issues, and improve dining experience.
• Supervise and coach team; support evaluations and development under the Manager’s guidance.
• Assist with marketing, up-selling, and promotions to boost F&B sales.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance for guests and staff.
