Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA seeks a Part-Time Guest Recovery Agent to assist guests with tickets, add-ons, information, and general questions across Ticketing and Admissions.

Role includes upselling Park programs, registering guests for Park Programs, resolving guest opportunities, and maintaining accurate information with confidentiality. Applicants must be 18+. Perks: free admission, free parking, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older on date of applying.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by selling tickets and add-ons, and answering guest questions.
• Upsell Park programs and track inventory items.
• Register guests for Park Programs and assist across Guest Experience departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and safeguard confidential information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
