Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Guest Experience Attendant to greet guests, sell and scan tickets, verify passes, upsell park products, and manage rentals of strollers, wagons, wheelchairs and ECVs.

You will handle cashless transactions, stay positive, work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and help keep the park clean and enjoyable for guests. Free admission and parking, plus employee discounts, are offered with an ID.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying.
• Must be friendly, upbeat, and able to interact with guests.
• Comfortable handling money and cashless transactions.
• Able to learn operational standards and dress code.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with entry and re-entry.
• Sell and scan tickets and passes; verify validity.
• Upsell park products and add-ons; manage rentals (strollers, wagons, wheelchairs, ECVs).
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain logs of rental information and accessibility program details.
• Assist with area cleanliness and teamwork across departments.
