Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA is seeking part-time Accessibility Services Agents to assist guests with enrollment in the Attractions Accessibility Program and to communicate safety criteria across park attractions.

Role requires strong verbal communication, excellent guest service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while safeguarding confidential information. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pre-employment drug testing required.
• Must be friendly, upbeat, able to interact with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Must safeguard confidential information.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with enrollment into the Attractions Accessibility Program*
• Verbally communicate and enforce all ride criteria and safety requirements*
• Use a computer-based program to enroll guests using ridership criteria*
• Provide excellent customer service at Hersheypark through greeting guests and answering questions*
• Adhere to SOPs, operate attractions safely, and enforce safety guidelines*
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally*
• Maintain knowledge of park offerings, accessibility, and attraction safety*
• Perform other duties as assigned
