Qualifications

• Must be friendly, upbeat and able to interact with guests
• Able to handle money and cashless transactions
• Willing to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to Hersheypark
• Sell and scan tickets and Season Passes; verify validity
• Upsell park programs and manage rentals (strollers/wagons/wheelchairs/ECVs)
• Assist guests with inquiries and log feedback; support cleanliness and department policies
