Hershey Entertainment and Resorts seeks a Part-Time Team Member to support administrative duties and call center operations across departments including Attractions, Food & Beverage, Games, Guest Experience, Retail, Safety & Security, Park Services, and Wardrobe.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn other computer-based apps and databases.
• Must have proven excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be innovative and self-motivated to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of in-coming and out-going phone calls.
• Respond to inquiries related to events, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Process employee schedule changes, shift switches, and communicate updates to staff and managers.
• Process attendance infractions and counsel employees on attendance records and progressive discipline.
• Assist with coordination of supplemental staffing programs.
• Assist with payroll questions for part-time employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
