Mammoth Mountain is seeking a friendly Lodging Associate to greet guests, check them in, and coordinate room assignments across our properties in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will handle reservations, answer questions, and process payments, while supporting a smooth guest experience with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and at least 1 year in public/guest relations service.
• Ability to present information one-on-one and in small groups to guests.
• Ability to carry out written and oral instructions and apply common sense.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests; dispatch lodge staff per guest requests.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations; serve as lodge telephone operator.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and Mammoth California services; compute bills, collect payments, and check guests out.
