Job summary

VTrips is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional service to guests, owners, and vendors in our Santa Fe area operations. The role involves managing reservations, updating folios, handling payments, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring accurate property details across our reservation system.

The successful candidate will review property notes, resolve issues promptly, maintain vendor relationships, and work a flexible schedule to accommodate weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Office).
• Experience with document management, databases, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, owners, and vendors.
• Review, update, and manage property notes and folios.
• Resolve owners and guest-related issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests.
• Create, close, and modify work orders and property blocks.
• Develop and maintain a trade vendor list and coordinate with vendors.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Process payments and adjust payment schedules.
• Update reservation folios and property details in the system.
• Quote reservation pricing using internal systems.
• Generate reports and monitor system alerts daily.
• Ensure readiness of properties and handle on-site logistics.
