Aspen Skiing Company seeks a Ski & Snowboard School Sales & Reservations Agent to assist guests in planning and booking on-mountain experiences with professionalism and warmth.

You will support reservations, upsell packages, and share knowledge of offerings to tailor guest experiences. The role emphasizes exceptional service and collaboration with Ski & Snowboard School staff to ensure smooth operations for the season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or reservations experience in hospitality or resort environments.
• Minimum 1 year of phone and email communication in a professional setting.
• Previous experience with sales targets or performance goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests and selling Ski & Snowboard School products (lessons, lift tickets, passes, equipment rentals, seasonal activities).
• Promote Ski & Snowboard School offerings, crafting personalized experiences and driving upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Build relationships with guests, provide personalized service, answer questions, and ensure needs are met before, during, and after booking.
• Support guests through seamless booking by assisting with reservations and providing clear information on products and services.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all Ski & Snowboard School offerings and seasonal programs to better inform guests.
• Use professional sales techniques to identify needs, drive conversions, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure clear, timely communication with guests and team members for smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns and escalate to management when needed to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from start to finish.
• Other duties as assigned.
