Job summary

Clif Family Winery is seeking a cheerful Guest Experience Coordinator to welcome guests and manage reservations in a busy winery environment. You’ll be the first contact for guests, coordinate tastings and on-site events, and help create memorable wine and food experiences.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or wine-industry background, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to multitask across reservation systems, CRM, and POS while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field.
• Wine education or training is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Napa Valley wines, wine and food pairings, and the local wine industry a plus.
• High-level customer service and hospitality skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for reservations and manage calls/inbox Tuesday–Saturday.
• Coordinate daily reservation logistics, tastings, and events.
• Build knowledge of hospitality offerings and note special requests across systems.
• Support on-site events and tastings to drive reservations.
• Engage with guests to deliver warm, high-touch service.
