Equity LifeStyle Properties in Point, TX is seeking a Customer Service Ranger to greet guests, process check-ins, patrol the grounds, and help ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a calm, problem-solving approach. Security or RV environment experience is a plus. ELS offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to use computer applications.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests upon arrival.
• Process check-ins to campground and cabins.
• Patrol grounds and ensure safety of guests and belongings.
• Answer questions, enforce rules and contact law enforcement if necessary.
• Monitor campground gate for access and validate eligibility.
• Take camping reservations, check in/out, and sell day passes.
• Prioritize guest safety and happiness.
• Other duties as assigned.
