Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing and math with ability to use computer applications.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team.
• Ability to assess situations and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, holidays and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests on arrival.
• Process campground and cabin check-ins.
• Patrol the grounds and ensure safety.
• Enforce resort rules and contact authorities if needed.
• Monitor campground gate access and validate access.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections.
• Handle reservations and sell day passes.
• Prioritize guest safety and happiness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
