Job summary

JSX in Santa Monica, CA seeks an Airport Operations Concierge to deliver a seamless customer experience across both Above Wing and Below Wing tasks. You will manage check-in, boarding, and safety protocols while marshal­ing aircraft and supporting IROP recovery with clear communication.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours in varied weather and physical environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an effortless and welcoming check-in and boarding experience, ensuring all documentation, baggage, and screening processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates, safely load/unload baggage, cargo, and amenities while maintaining on-time performance.
• Perform aircraft and lounge cleaning, restocking, and presentation duties to uphold brand and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with all security, DOT/FAA, and Company procedures while executing Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) responsibilities.
• Identify and communicate safety or operational risks immediately to leadership.
• Support irregular operations (IROP) and recovery efforts through proactive communication and teamwork.
