Job summary

VTrips is seeking a Guest Experience Technician to support our Operations Team in ensuring properties meet safety, cleanliness, and service standards. You will handle linen logistics, property QC tasks, cleaning, laundry, and guest-request support across locations.

The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and reliable transportation. Candidates must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with document management, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel between locations while working.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Submit loose linen weekly for the upcoming week.
• Assist property QC inspections and tasks.
• Perform refresh cleans to maintain property standards.
• Clean properties per cleanliness standards.
• Assist with laundry tasks such as packing, sorting, and ticketing.
• Deliver linens and housewares to properties as directed.
• Assist in completing in-house guest requests.
• Track mileage through Paylocity and submit weekly.
• Maintain parking passes/amenity access bands/fobs for the area.
• Assist with amenity orders and stocking.
• Help with office cleanup and organization.
• Inventory housekeeping/maintenance supplies and linen.
• Perform re-cleaning and touch-ups as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
