Responsibilities

• Foster Bally's Born to Entertain atmosphere with guest service.
• Promote customer-centric culture and build guest relations.
• Coordinate daily promotions and giveaways.
• Maintain current information on casino events for guests.
• Educate guests on loyalty program value.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with self‑exclusion program duties as required.
• Ensure property media are accurate and current.
• Assist with planning events like tournaments and drawings.
• Complete paperwork for promotions and finance requests.
• Update account addresses, emails and database flags.
• Write rules and regulations for promotions and events.
• Support new ideas to deliver business solutions.
• Update daily Team Member postings with Marketing Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
