Dave & Buster’s Westbury, NY is seeking a part-time Winner’s Circle associate to ensure Guests’ first impressions are welcoming and positive. You’ll guide Guests through the Midway experience, greet them with enthusiasm, and help with questions while coordinating with team members and managers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, timely service, and keeping guests informed of wait times and offerings.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations on items.
• Assists other Team Members as needed.
