Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Bayamón is seeking a Winner's Circle team member to ensure guests have a welcoming experience. You will guide guests through the Midway experience with clear communication and cheerful service in a fast-paced, fun environment.

You’ll greet guests, assist with requests, stock merchandise, manage tickets, and help maintain the polish of the Winner's Circle. Must be at least 16 years old and willing to work days, nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• The Winner's Circle position requires a strong communicator who will guide our Guests through their Midway experience.
• The physical demands described include being able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand or walk for long periods, and work days/nights/weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in a vibrant environment.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests with requests, answers questions, and makes recommendations.
• Provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Maintains merchandise inventory and reconciles tickets and merchandise.
