Emler Swim & Gym is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet families, guide lesson enrollments, and support swim instructors in a welcoming, energetic environment.

You will interact with parents and kids, manage enrollments and payments, and help schedule lessons while staying active on your feet. This role offers part-time hours with evenings and weekends, and opportunities for cross-training as a swim instructor.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
• Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
• Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• Staying active on the job - you will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
