Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet families and manage enrollments at our Austin location. You will support swim instructors, answer questions, and help parents schedule lessons while keeping the front desk organized and welcoming.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, dependable, and comfortable on their feet. This role offers paid training, opportunities for growth, and a team-focused, upbeat environment for kids and families.

Responsibilities

• Learn our swim curriculum to guide families through processes.
• Move around the front desk area and assist instructors as needed.
• Work evening and weekend shifts consistent with a part-time schedule.
