Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet families, guide lesson enrollments, process payments, and keep the front desk organized. You will be the first friendly face and help parents feel welcome as their children start swim lessons.

You will support swim instructors, learn the curriculum, and assist with scheduling, registrations, and cross-training opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic communicator who enjoys interacting with kids and families.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to cross-train as a swim instructor for extra hours.
• Ability to stay organized and provide helpful information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home.
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized.
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations.
• Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process.
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude.
• Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Staying active on the job - you will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment.
