Job summary

Emler Swim School is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome families, assist with enrollments and payments, and coordinate lesson schedules. You’ll support swim instructors and help kids feel excited when they arrive, bringing energy and organization to a busy reception.

The role offers evening and weekend shifts, training from day one, and opportunities to grow in customer service and leadership while contributing to a safe, fun learning environment.

• Learn the swim curriculum to guide families through the process confidently.
• Use creativity and empathy to resolve customer questions and issues.
