Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to welcome Guests, explain game rules, monitor activities and ensure safety and cleanliness on the games floor. You’ll help Guests redeem prizes, stock games, perform minor repairs, and work with the Technical Team to report wear or damage.

A positive, team-focused attitude and comfort with technology are essential. This role offers a lively, inclusive culture and opportunities for growth, with a focus on delivering fun and memorable

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm for fun.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and management.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards on the games floor.
• Welcoming and engaging with Guests to create FUN memories.
• Monitor activities (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Rock Climbing) for safety and stock.
• Provide exceptional service and assist with questions about point redemption.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of games and Winner’s Choice.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag gear.
• Report wear and damages to the Technical Team.
