Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You will be tech-savvy, outgoing, and focused on creating FUN memories for Guests.

You will know our games and entertainment options, make recommendations, monitor safety protocols, and suggest redemptions so guests take home great prizes. Daily tasks include stocking and cleaning games, assisting guests with questions about redemptions, and performing minor repairs while collaborating

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Monitoring activities to ensure games and attractions are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of FUN
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
