You’ll check guests in and out, assist with bookings, answer phones, and recommend local activities while collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality.
• Check guests in and out efficiently.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Answer phones and assist with reservation inquiries.
• Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to resolve guest issues.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the Front Desk and lobby welcoming and organized.
