• Service Recovery & Problem Resolution: Respond to guest concerns with urgency and empathy; research issues and take action; escalate operational issues as needed.
• Team & Culture: Support a positive, collaborative work environment; participate in training and development opportunities; maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
