La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to check guests in/out, act as a concierge, and provide attentive service at the front desk. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related hotel or front desk experience, with OPERA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related hotel/front desk experience preferred.
• OPERA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes front desk duties by checking in/out guests and providing concierge-style service.
• Takes and processes individual reservations and updates the reservation system.
• Handles guest requests and communicates with other departments to ensure 4 Diamond Service standards.
