Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced front desk environment.
• Experience with PMS systems and hotel operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/outs efficiently.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, changes, and rate inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security and maintenance as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of guest profiles, billing details and room preferences.
