Dave & Buster’s in College Station, TX is seeking a Guest-focused team member for the Winner’s Circle role to warmly welcome Guests and guide them through the Midway experience. You will greet Guests with enthusiasm, assist with requests, and help ensure a memorable visit.

You’ll contribute to smooth operations by managing wait times, stocking merchandise, and coordinating with Team Members and Managers to resolve issues and keep Guests returning for more fun.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible schedules to accommodate school or other jobs.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and lively energy.
• Assist Guests with requests, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Help with merchandise stocking, displays, and inventory reconciliation.
• Notify managers or technicians for game or service issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
