Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests with in-store and digital services, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, promote Target’s loyalty program, and assist with checkout and pickup options.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Training will cover all tools and store processes.
