Dave & Buster’s in North Carolina is hiring for a Winner’s Circle team member to welcome Guests and guide them through their Midway experience. You will communicate clearly, assist Guests with questions, and help create a fun, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, promoting menu items and games, and supporting the team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor promptly informed of important matters and suggests corrective actions or alternatives.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests with requests, answers questions, and makes recommendations on items.
• Notifies Manager of any unhappy Guests and ensures satisfaction with their experience.
• Maintains merchandise stock and inventory accuracy; conducts inventories as applicable.
