Dave & Buster’s in Greenville, SC is hiring for the Winner’s Circle role where you greet Guests, project a positive first impression, and guide them through the Midway experience.

You will communicate clearly with Guests and Team Members, answer questions, make recommendations on items, assist with games, and help keep the area inviting, stocked and orderly in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary.
• Ensures everything was satisfactory and invites Guests to return.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other team members to foster a cooperative and productive environment.
