Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a friendly Winner’s Circle team member in the United States. You will welcome Guests, guide them through the Midway experience, and provide outstanding service across food, drinks and games.

This role requires a strong communicator and a passion for delivering an exceptional Guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willing to work days, nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Fast-paced environment requires strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Assist Guests with requests and answer questions; upsell items as appropriate.
• Maintain merchandise displays, stock and secure inventory.
• Monitor wait times and communicate information to Guests and Team Members.
• Keep areas clean, organized and welcoming to maximize Guest traffic.
