Job summary

Lip Lab in Chicago is seeking a Part Time Parties and Guest Experience Lead to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and manage appointment flow. You will lead parties, coordinate with the Store Manager, and ensure service standards are met while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in guest services or retail leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office. This role is on-site with tips potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in guest services, hospitality, retail leadership or similar.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office; strong communication.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds; multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class guest experience and support daily operations.
• Manage reservations, welcome guests, and oversee appointment flow.
• Host parties and lead experiences aligned with Lip Lab standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet service expectations and goals.
• Support appointment management and issue resolution with leadership.
